Refund Policy

How refunds, cancellations, AI credit balances, and usage-based charges are handled.

Subscription cancellation

Customers may cancel a subscription before the next renewal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

Refund requests

Refund requests for a new subscription charge may be reviewed within 14 days of purchase. Approval depends on account activity, platform usage, prior refunds, setup work already delivered, and applicable law.

AI credits and metered usage

Consumed AI credits, generated media, phone usage, provider pass-through usage, and other metered costs are not refundable after use. Unused AI credit balances may be reviewed case by case when a billing error or duplicate purchase occurred.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

Duplicate charges, obvious billing mistakes, or unauthorized transactions should be reported promptly to support@ai-content-studio.com. We will investigate and correct confirmed errors.

How to request help

Include the account email, organization name, order or invoice identifier, charge date, and the reason for the request when contacting support.
